Is your venue open year-round?
Yes! Events can be booked at any time of the year.

What is the capacity of your venue?
• Indoor: Up to 99 guests (per Seneca County regulations)
• Outdoor Tent: 40’ x 60’ tent on a 70’ x 130’ crushed stone pad
• The outdoor tent is typically available mid-May through October

How much should we expect to invest in a wedding at Fleur De Lis?
Pricing depends on:
• Day of the week
• Time of year
• Number of hours reserved
• Whether the space is fully private or shared while the brewery remains open
Fees include ceremony, setup, teardown, and reception time.

What is your cancellation policy?
• 50% deposit required to reserve your date
• Remaining balance due one month before the event
• No refunds after the balance is paid in full

• Is there a food and beverage minimum?
No, we do not require a minimum spend.

How is catering handled?
• You are welcome to choose any licensed and approved Seneca County caterer.
• Catering is arranged by the renter—we do not provide food service.

Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes! We have no restrictions on vendors.

Is there a bridal suite available?
Yes. A bridal suite is available with a shared restroom nearby. Men's and women's restrooms are located in the same main room.

What beverages are available, and what are the costs?
We proudly serve:
• Fleur De Lis beer and cider on tap (by the pint or demi-pint)
• Local wine by the glass
• Bottled water and soda
• Homemade non-alcoholic root beer and orange cream soda (availability may vary)
• Adult root beer

Additional beverage policies:
• No hard liquor or outside alcoholic beverages are permitted per NYS Liquor Authority and insurance policy.
• No outside beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) may be brought onsite. Violations will result in a fee.
• We strictly enforce these policies and reserve the right to refuse alcohol service.
• Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol, and visibly intoxicated guests will not be served.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. Outside alcohol is not permitted under New York State law.

Are there noise or time restrictions?
Events must conclude by 10:00 PM. Cleanup must be completed by 11:00 PM.

Is there parking available?
Yes. Guests may park in the lot adjacent to the tent.
• Overflow parking is available along the driveway from Route 414 to the brewery lot.

• Are there any restrictions on décor or lighting?
• Yes. In order to protect our space please note the following restrictions:
• No decorations may be attached to walls, ceilings, floors, windows, or surfaces without prior approval
• No nails, tacks, or tape allowed
• No moving existing decorations without permission
• No access to the private home or raised porch
• No glitter, rice, or artificial flower petals
• Tent includes basic string lighting; additional lighting may be rented with prior approval
• No open flames, candles, or sky lanterns permitted

• Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The tent is on a rolled, crushed stone base.

• Do you offer event planning or coordination services?
No, we do not provide planning services.

• Can we host both our ceremony and reception at the venue?
Absolutely. Pricing is based on the length of time at the venue. Many couples host both their ceremony and reception here.

• Are there accommodations nearby for guests?
Yes. Seneca Falls and Waterloo offer a variety of lodging options.

• Is there a backup plan for bad weather?
Yes. Tent sidewalls can be added for weather protection. Note that this is an outdoor venue if you choose that option.

• Are there restrictions on live music or entertainment?
No restrictions—bring on the music!

• Can we schedule a tasting before finalizing the menu?
Yes, tastings can be arranged directly with your chosen caterer.

• How early can we access the venue for setup?
We’ll coordinate access based on your needs and the day’s schedule. If your ceremony is offsite, access time may vary. Please note: we are not responsible for unattended items.

• Are there any other rules we should be aware of?
Yes, we ask that all guests and vendors comply with the following regulations:
• Follow all local and state laws
• Comply with Seneca County fire and food handling codes
• Adhere to New York State Liquor Authority regulations
• Rent additional restrooms if your guest count exceeds the capacity of our one men's and one women's interior restrooms (not included in rental fee)
